The Lagree Method is a dynamic, high-intensity, low-impact 50-minute workout that blends resistance training and cardio into one balanced, full-body method. Every move is designed to engage and strengthen the core, improving stability, posture, and total-body control. By targeting slow-twitch muscle fibers with controlled, sustained tension, Lagree builds endurance, tones muscles, and delivers serious results, without impact on the joints.

The Lagree Method challenges the muscles without putting strain or pressure on the spine and joints, making it both safe and effective. The low-impact nature of the workout reduces the risk of injury while still delivering high-intensity results. We train at a slow tempo to build muscle memory for everyday, real-life movements—so your body works more efficiently, stays protected, and gains strength that lasts beyond the workout.

SEVEN KEY TRAINING ELEMENTS

  • EFFECTIVE FORM - We focus on form over all the other elements which safeguards your body from injury. 

 

  • EFFECTIVE RANGE OF MOTION - Training out of range can not only be a waste of time but also can cause injury; By keeping the proper muscle stimulated in each movement we target both the larger fat-burning extrinsic muscle fibers, as well as the connective intrinsic muscle fibers.

 

  • EFFECTIVE RESISTANCE - Our patented Megaformer M3 machine’s use spring tension for progressive resistance which allows the muscles to work to their maximum threshold of intensity and stabilize the joints and connective tissue. To maximize efficacy, the muscles should not relax for even a fraction of a second during the movement. 

 

  • EFFECTIVE DURATION - We’ll work multiple muscle groups in each move, and each exercise is kept at a minimum of at least 60 seconds to activate the aerobic system and to strengthen and tone, thus making the method time-efficient and to burn more calories, develop strength faster, and increase balance and coordination.

 

  • EFFECTIVE TEMPO - We train slow and controlled movements free from momentum which keeps the joints safe and stimulates the intrinsic muscle fibers and connective tissues. Slow and controlled movements activate the slow-twitch, fat-burning muscle fibers in the body, effectively stimulating the body for maximum results. 

 

  • EFFECTIVE TRANSITION - Quick transitions between exercises keeps your heart rate high and gets you into your “cardio zone” all while safely working on muscle strength. The most efficient 50 minutes of your day!​
